Yet another FeedJumbler update
- added ability to “collapse” the individual items of the source feed into daily summary posts (new collapse parameter).
- added ability to add a stylesheet, header and footer to the HTML output version (new stylesheet, header and footer parameters).

Update - added another new feature:
- added ability to enter link, description and an image url when configuring a feed, plus additional parameters for JavaScript/HTML outputs to display these new values (linkedtitle, showdescription, showimage)

How can i append parameters to the QueryString ? separators ?
